Shipping and Returns
When your order is placed, an automatic confirmation will be sent to you (providing you have typed your email address correctly). We aim to send all orders on the next working day and you will receive a confirmation email when it is shipped.
To work out the shipping price, simply put all the items you require into your cart, choose your country in the dropdown menu and the system will calculate the total BEFORE you commit to buy. We offer a standard and a tracked service through Royal Mail.
Please make sure you select the correct country in the shipping dropdown menu. Selecting the wrong country will invalidate your order and a refund will be processed, which can take up to 7 days.
We use Royal Mail for all of our orders. Please allow for additional time during Royal Mail strike action.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 6 WEEKS DELIVERY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
EU DELIVERIES - IMPORTANT
As a result of the UK leaving the EU, products that are delivered to EU countries are now classed as international delivery and may be subject to taxes or other charges beyond our control. Taxes and Customs Fees are not included at the checkout. Your local tax authority will assess taxes and duties (if any) to be paid directly. Please be aware that if you refuse delivery for any reason, you are responsible for the content(s) of that order and will NOT be eligible for a refund of the shipping costs associated.
Please be aware that the recipient of any order, if this person is different from the person ordering from this site, will be responsible for any additional charges.
If you're buying clothing please check your sizes carefully. If in any doubt, contact us. You can return items for a refund or exchange if they are returned in perfect condition, but we will not refund your postage and packing charges. For exchanges, please email us at [email protected] to let us know which size you require, or leave a note in the return package. On International orders, if you need to exchange an item for another size, you will need to pay the shipping postage.

We aim for your items to get to you in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, items may take longer than expected. If an item is still not with you 28 days from the date of ordering in the UK, we will replace free of charge. This policy extends to 42 days for worldwide items.
YOU MUST REPORT A MISSING ITEM(S) TO US WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER - WE ARE UNABLE TO CLAIM COMPENSATION FOR MISSING ITEMS AFTER THIS TIME PERIOD, SO NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROCESSED
